I learned the importance of taking something ordinary and transforming it into "I would never have come up with that idea" moments. I developed "an eye" for beautiful design, which is something unexpected - a surprise. I love to use unique, second hand (solid wood) treasures that no one else has to enhance the architectural integrity of your home.
